Spring Art Guide: The 10 Must-See Shows of the Season
By Mark Guiducci
Les Lalanne at Paul Kasmin Gallery
Today is the first day of spring, which means that very soon it will again be pleasant to stroll around the Chelsea galleries. In the spirit of thinking ahead, here are the New York shows upcoming and already under way—plus one in Los Angeles—that are not to be missed this season. Frieze and the Venice Biennale await in the distance.
In the name of pure beauty, go encounter the work of Claude and François-Xavier Lalanne, presented in collaboration with landscape architect Madison Cox, and then prepare to endure Instagrams of other people’s experiences all spring long.
